Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at denise@deniva.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products (including special orders)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept returns on personal care goods.

If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out before purchase.


🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:  Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
